Welcome to The Chef’s Garden® As a pioneer in the world of micro greens, micro herbs and specialty vegetables, we are honored to be associated with the top chefs, restaurants and resorts in the United States and beyond. The Chef’s Garden® is dedicated to “growing vegetables slowly and gently in full accord with nature. ®” We are firm believers in sustainable agriculture and our team members work as one with nature to provide exceptional products while improving soil quality for future generations. Our mission is to grow, package and ship the highest quality, safest and most flavorful specialty vegetables and herbs, while maintaining a commitment to ecologically friendly and wholly sustainable agricultural practices. My brother, Bobby, put together some great information for you on our Sustainable Agriculture page. As the driving force behind our sustainable agriculture practice, Bobby is convinced that this method of growing adds the intensity of flavor and nutrients to our products. We understand the importance of providing you with the safest product available. We have a Food Safety program in place to ensure that this happens. We continue to receive “ Superior” ratings from the American Institute of Baking, HACCP and AVENDRA. Our Food Safety program and ratings are something we are extremely proud of and continue to strive to improve. We are serious about Food Safety and have devoted a page to it on our site. We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable Sales Team. We encourage them to establish relationships with our customers. It is these types of working relationships that set us apart. We truly are privileged to be an extension of our customers’ talented teams. I encourage you to explore our site - read about our history and learn about our farming practices. If there is a product you don’t see and want us to grow for you, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. On behalf of the Jones family and the entire team of The Chef’s Garden® and Culinary Vegetable Institute – we welcome you to our family farm. Remember to eat your veggies! Lee
