Potatoes

One of our most hearty and comforting vegetable offerings is potatoes. They provide unexpected diversity in flavor, texture, color and size. With flavors ranging from buttery to nutty and textures ranging from creamy to firm to waxy, there's a tuber for every need. For your convenience, we hand-sort into 3 to 4-inch long "A" sizing down to the 3/4" to 1" long "E" potato (and sizes in between).
