A Time to Reflect

As the New Year approaches it always seems to be a time to reflect. Take a look at some of our favorites from 2015.

As the New Year approaches it always seems to be a time to reflect. It's innate in a farmer's mentality to look back upon the trials, tribulations and successes of the farm.

We are always thinking about the hope of the year ahead. We are blessed to have such wonderful relationships throughout the industry.

While it is impossible to pick a favorite from 2015, here are 5 experiences to reflect upon. We here at The Chef's Garden are wishing you a healthy and happy 2016.

Bocuse d'Or

It was an honor and pleasure to be a part of the Bocuse d'Or USA selection event. Congratulations to Chef Mathew Peters and good luck in Lyon!

Night Harvest

We have such an amazing team. Nothing shows team work like extended harvesting under the lights!

Check out our Instagram and Facebook pages for more images from the farm.

Roots Conference: Action

The third annual Roots conference brought together world luminaries from around the world to discuss the work they are donig to repair our fractured food system.

Modern Farmer

It is a distinct honor to have our own Farmer Lee Jones as a member of the Modern Farmer Advisory Board.

James Beard Foundation Pre-Event Mixer: Tea Spirits and Canapes

It was a day full of wonderful company, delicious small bites from Culinary Vegetable Institute, quenching spirits from Adam Seger and mouth-watering Ice cream from Blackbird at the Rare Tea Cellar Inc. in Chicago.
