Huron, Ohio | Full-Time
The Account Specialist will work from our Huron, Ohio office and is responsible for achieving individual and team sales goals by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential and existing customers, educating prestigious chefs around the world about our unique products and services, fulfilling customer orders and requests for product samples and literature, and maintaining our sales records.
The qualified individual we seek is adept at educating buyers, prospecting, influencing others, uncovering opportunities, closing sales, and managing a pipeline of business.
The ideal inside sales candidate will be collaborative, detail-oriented, a good listener, diplomatic, professional, and organized. He/she will possess a sense of urgency, a solid work ethic, the ability to build rapport with prestigious niche customers by phone, and strong follow-up skills. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of two years of sales experience required, preferably in an inside sales role. Prior experience selling food products or working in the culinary industry a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and internet research required.
