The Dishwasher and Kitchen Prep Cook is responsible for maintaining the organization, cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishes (silverware, pots and pans, serviceware, utensils, glassware, etc.) and related areas while also supporting the Kitchen Staff and Culinary Team in food preparation and plating. The Dishwasher and Kitchen Prep Cook also participates in leading a culture of hospitality within The Culinary Vegetable Institute.
Hours will vary and can include daytime, evening, weekend and holidays, depending on need. Approximately 15-25 hours per week.
