Our Mesclun contains the best of the farm - more varieties that you will find in any other Mesclun.  We clip tender lettuce leaves, spicy Asian greens, beet tops, herb tops and cruciferous leaves to create a Mesclun full of flavor and variety.  Flavors ranging from sharp to spicy and every flavor note in between!
