Executive Chef of Catered Events at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, Chef John Clark has extensive internal and external experience in the food and beverage industry. From signature dining to quick service and from food processing to business optimization, Clark has experienced it all during his time at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Chef John uses his experience to support aspiring chefs by serving as a member of culinary boards for Westside Tech School and the Orange County Public Schools. He mentors Leto High School students for the National ProStart culinary competition, as well as sits as a culinary judge for the State of Florida ProStart culinary competition. John also lectures at the Florida State University Dedman School of Hospitality and is a consultant to the Second Harvest Food Bank supporting the development of interview skills for the culinary program graduate participants.
