McCormick Culinary Sciences Chef Andreas Pias, CRC® is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Nutrition with concentrations in Food Science & Clinical Dietetics. Following time spent in R&D in the marketing agency sector, Andreas was invited to instruct and write curriculum at Johnson & Wales as a part of the faculty, teaching modern culinary techniques, nutrition and food sciences. Throughout his career, Andreas has believed in flavorful food experiences that happen to be good for you. In his current role as Senior Research Chef at McCormick & Company, Inc., he has been a dynamic contributor to McCormick’s Culinary Sciences and in institutional research with the McCormick Science Institute.
