Liz is a recently retired executive from the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. She has over 37 years of experience in the food and beverage industry with experience in both parks and resorts. Her experience includes everything from carts and kiosks to a highly acclaimed signature dining location and lounge. Passionate about the environment and health and wellness, Liz worked on multiple initiatives for the organization that spanned from minimizing waste to securing all sustainable seafood for her locations. Being just as passionate about the development of her team, Liz has championed multiple developmental programs for both her salaried and hourly employees. She now enjoys mentoring and consulting for those in the industry and is active on several boards in her community.
