Thomas is a hospitality professional with more than 15 year’s experience in restaurants, hotels, and consulting agencies. Noticing a lack of opportunity for culinary and foodservice professionals to feature talents and careers, he and his team developed Chef's Roll. A global culinary network of chefs, mixologists, hotel and chain F&B Directors, sommeliers, food authors and hospitality professionals, comprised of a dynamic digital platform, vast social media following and top strategic partnerships.
After earning his degree in hospitality management, he began his professional career on the islands of Grand Cayman and St. Croix (US Virgin Islands) successfully opening several restaurants. Upon relocating to DC, Thomas began working for the famed Willard Hotel and focused his energy on managing F&B in a fine-dining environment catering to high-profile clients. Working for Deloitte's largest US facility, Thomas helped run a $42 million hospitality program while working closely with senior executives to ensure flawless execution.
