Chef Justin Wolfe (ChefNWolfe) was born and raised in the small city of London, Ontario, Canada. His education on quality and dedication began early as he spent much of his childhood in the fields of their family’s small Southern Ontario farm. Growing and learning every step of the way, his family roots were the foundation of his strong appreciation for hard work, food & outdoor life. Inspired by the other family passion, specifically his grandfather’s love of music, Justin spent his youth pursuing his musical aspirations. Many years of touring and performing with his band all over the globe offered him life experiences like no other and allowed him to take inspiration from a myriad of cultures. He quickly realized that his connection with food was the one thing he would take with him anywhere. After more than 12 years in the music industry, Justin decided to set aside all other distractions and focus on what really drives him – connecting food & art. Starting at the bottom, Justin bounced around kitchens and quickly worked his way up the ranks, seeking out learning opportunities to train and develop his skill under chefs of all sorts and talents. Much like the past 16 years of his culinary career, Chef Justin aims to continue achieving his goals and expanding his culinary vision. In 2013, Justin had one of his biggest learning opportunities to date, a chance to apprentice with Graham Elliot in Chicago. He continues to build his skills and share his passion for the culinary arts by participating each year in Chef Michael Smith’s Village Feast in PEI, Canada. Today, he is the proud owner of two restaurants, which are quickly gaining a name for themselves after being featured on the Food Network and Ami TV series Four Senses. Chef Justin continues to work, travel and cross paths with endless talent and chefs alike.
