Little M Tucker Morgan Tucker was born into the hospitality industry. Growing up in a family that built the largest foodservice equipment and supplies distribution business on the East Coast, M. Tucker, she learned early on that creating an optimal foodservice experience is truly in her blood. After graduating with honors from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Morgan assumed management roles at Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group and Steve Hanson’s BR Guest Restaurant Group. In 2008, she decided to join her father at the company her grandfather founded and transport it to a new age of restaurant supply. After just five years at M. Tucker, Morgan was awarded the industry’s highest sales honor – Foodservice Equipment and Supplies Magazine’s Dealer Sales Representative of the Year. Since then, she has established her imprint, Little M Tucker, a curated selection of equipment and supplies designed for a growing hub of culinary driven national clients. She is one of the world’s leading tabletop experts. Her front of the house insight is available in a monthly column for Total Food Service Magazine, along with guest editorials for FEDA News & Views Magazine, Foodservice Equipment Reports, and FE&S Magazine. Morgan is the Director of Business Development for the Singer Equipment Companies, the parent company to M. Tucker, one of the largest foodservice distributors in the United States.
