Shishito peppers, the traditional Japanese peppers with slightly wrinkled flesh and delicious touch of spice, provide a mild flavor to creative dishes. We harvest them to order while an emerald green color; when harvested after they turn red, the fruit is soft with minimal shelf-life. Shishito peppers are 3-inches long.
