Chef Lynne Weems Ryan owns Chefs to Dine For, which promotes chefs and restaurants and is a consultant to several well known restaurant groups. Past jobs have included positions as executive and personal chef, as well as launching her own catering business and owning a Zagat-rated restaurant, The Busy Bee. She is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the University of Alabama, where she serves on the board of the College of HES (Nutrition), is an immediate past board member of the national organization, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, a long time member (29 years) of Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs and is an active member of the NYC Chapter of Les Dames des Escoffier. Chef Ryan is well known throughout the restaurant industry, is an avid food traveler and has cultivated personal relationships with the most famous icons of the culinary world.
