Our fresh cauliflower has a deliciously earthy, mild broccoli-like flavor, also nutty like winter squash. The small heads are super clean, very dense, compact and heavy for their size. Colors include violet, yellow, orange, white, green and purple, with non-white cauliflower cooking more quickly. Ideal for shaving, micro-planing, whole roasting.
