Singer Equipment Compay
From an early age, Morgan has committed herself to foodservice – within the service industry and throughout the greater hospitality ecosystem. Upon graduation from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Ms. Tucker assumed management roles at Union Square Hospitality Group and BR Guest Restaurants before a career in foodservice distribution.
In her current role as Vice President, Marketing at Singer Equipment Company, Morgan oversees the corporate marketing agenda and is a member of the senior leadership team. She is responsible for company positioning, brand direction and market strategy. She provides foodservice expertise and consulting services for a wide diversity of acclaimed restauranteurs, celebrated chefs and industry leaders across the United States. Attuned to foodservice trends, and guiding many of them herself, Morgan is recognized for her ability to source new products and identify and serve customers’ changing needs. Her imprint, LMT Provisions, a curated collection of tabletop supplies, connects responsibly sourced international tabletop products to the U.S. foodservice market.
An experienced writer and frequent speaker in the hospitality industry, Morgan is a columnist at Total Food Service Magazine. Among other tributes, she was awarded the industry's top sales honor, Representative of the Year, by Food Service & Equipment Supplies Magazine. Most recently, Morgan accepted the American Jewish Committee’s Food Service Divisions’ first Legacy Award, recognizing her personal commitment to global advocacy and three generations of philanthropy.
Morgan also supports humanitarian causes in her hometown of Norwalk, Ohio, as co-chair of the Norwalk Area United Fund Young Pillars. When not on the road, you can find her right here at The Chef’s Garden, or at Sheri’s Coffee House just down the road, which she owns with her husband, Jamie Simpson.
